Terms of use

These terms are between you and the owner of Not Bad., Dalliane Dos Santos Ferreira, published by K.B Consultancy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

You're responsible for your login details and for what happens under your account. One account per person. You must be 18 or over.

Yearly at €69.99 with a 7-day free trial, monthly at €9.99 with a 7-day free trial, weekly at €5.99 with no free trial. Purchases are handled by the app store you bought through, and you manage or cancel them there. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to display it inside the app so the feature works. Nothing you record becomes public automatically.

Our community guidelines form part of these terms. We may hide or remove content, or restrict or suspend an account, where the guidelines are broken. We record the reason for every such action.

Not Bad. is not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new programme, and stop if something hurts.

You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the Spanish courts with jurisdiction.
